1. Non-Refundable Cases: No refunds or cancellations will be processed for travel scheduled within 24-48 hours of the application submission.
2. Cancellation Within 30 Minutes: If your refund or cancellation request is received within 30 minutes of submitting your application, a refund will be issued after deducting a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund, please email us at info@globetravelvisa.com with the following information:
   • The reason for your refund request.
   • Your full name as it appears on your passport.
   • Your unique transaction ID.
   • The email address used for registration on our website.
